About Zora Satchell

Zora Satchell (she/they) is a Black and Chinese American queer poet and cinephile who writes about mental illness, film, family, and friendship. Their work has been featured in Stone of Madness Press, Buzzfeed, Drunk Monkeys, and elsewhere. When they are not writing poems, they can usually be found obsessively tweeting about Twilight (2008), sending long voice notes to their friends about their latest criterion obsession, or cooking. They live on the border of Brooklyn and Queens.
